Dundarave Village Mews
This mixed use infill project has won numerous awards, including Best Mixed Use Development from the Georgie Awards, for its sensitive integration into the community. A breezeway was incorporated to provide water views and improved access to on grade parking at the rear. The lane was renamed to a street and business’s were encouraged to locate on this new frontage.
