Eagle Harbour Home
This is Eagle Harbour residence is a magnificent family home designed with large hallways and an elevator to accommodate aging in place. Local granite was used to anchor the home and create the grand south facing terrace that cascades down to the harbour. With a home office and separate workshop, a lifestyle has been created that has turned this home into an enviable retreat.

About KGA
The firm's principal, Karl W. Gustavson, established his own firm in 1985 to focus his experience on projects that required a sensitive approach to design while recognizing the realities of the site, localized community context and budgets.
