Our Multi-Residential, Golf Resort, & Commercial Architecture Projects

All of our multi-residential, golf resort, and commercial architecture projects involve some type of community consultation. This may include rezoning, development permits, and/or discussions with community interest groups. More and more we are taking over projects to resolve difficult issues. These include disputes having to do with local character and context, view corridor resolution, Department of Fisheries and Oceans consultation, Port Authority Consultation, as well as with localized habitat protection and enhancement.
